The innovative concept blends dining, lounging, and standing in an open, living room-style atmosphere. Every area is thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home – while offering a sense of exclusivity.
The interior design was created by internationally acclaimed South Tyrolean designer Martino Gamper, whose vision brings to life a space that is both elegant and modern, yet deeply rooted in the region.

To fully express this vision, Niederkofler sought a place that offers freedom for creativity and depth – and found it in the Atelier Moessmer in Bruneck.
Set in the historic Villa Moessmer, a 19th-century architectural gem, the Atelier offers the perfect stage for his culinary concept to flourish. The menu changes with the seasons and is crafted from carefully selected ingredients sourced from local producers. The team is committed to respecting natural cycles and minimizing waste – true to the principles of responsible cuisine.
Norbert Niederkofler is not walking this path alone: together with two promising young talents, Lukas Gerges and Mauro Siega, he brings new ideas, passion, and purpose to the plate.
